DAX-IT Wellness Center is a nonprofit origination, it is our PURPOSE to provide quality, professional services with compassion, dignity and respect for all those who suffer from addiction and have a desire to change. It is our HOPE to pass on what we have been given and to witness the transformation of lives, as relationships our healed, obstacles are overcome, and the chains of addiction are broken.
It is our COMMITMENT to be a part of the solution, build trust, and assist those who are willing to help themselves.

~Fees are daily, and if applicable, based on a sliding scale
